Refund policy
At VABARE Skin, we stand behind the quality and performance of our products. Due to the nature of our skincare and personal care items, we are unable to accept returns on opened products except in limited circumstances outlined below.
Go Bare Oil Cleansing Wipes
- Unopened Go Bare products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
- Opened Go Bare products are non-refundable.
- If you experience an allergic reaction or adverse skin response, please contact us within 14 days of use at contact@vabareskin.com. We may request photos and additional information to evaluate the claim. Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or refund at VABARE Skin's discretion.
Show Off Towels
- Unopened Show Off products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
- Opened Show Off products are non-refundable and non-returnable due to hygiene and safety considerations.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@vabareskin.com with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue through a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return:
•The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
•The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
•Proof of purchase is required.
Refund Processing
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
