Standard shipping on all retail orders is $7.00. Orders over $99 qualify for free shipping — no code needed, it's applied automatically at checkout.

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To initiate a return, contact us at contact@vabareskin.com.

Due to the nature of our skincare and personal care products, opened items are non-refundable. Show Off Compressed Towels are also non-returnable once opened for hygiene and safety reasons. If you have concerns about a product you've used, please don't hesitate to reach out — we're always happy to help.

We take skin reactions seriously. If you experience an allergic reaction or adverse skin response, please contact us within 14 days of use at contact@vabareskin.com. We may request photos and additional information to evaluate your claim. Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or refund at VABARE Skin's discretion.

We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@vabareskin.com with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We'll work quickly to make it right through a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
